M. Alfieri Co., Inc. Leases 51,000 Square Feet
at Metropark Corporate Campus

Metropark, NJ - M. Alfieri Co., Inc., one of New Jersey’s most established and prominent commercial real estate companies, announces it has renewed and signed new leases with several prestigious tenants in Metropark Corporate Campus.  Among the notable tenants signing new and renewing leases are Princeton Information Group, Grant Thornton, Jesup & Lamont Securities Corporation, America Pioneer Shipping, Tata America International and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company.

Steven Frank of the Steven Frank Co. represented Princeton Information Group in a transaction for approximately 21,000 square feet at 399 Thornall Street. Princeton Information Group expanded their space and renewed their lease to meet the needs of their growing company.   Satisfied with their current space at 399 Thornall Street, Grant Thornton renewed a lease for over 16,000 square feet and was represented by Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield. Tata America International signed a new lease for 5,500 square feet at 70 Wood Avenue and was represented by J.C. Giordano of The Staubach Company. Julien Studley represented Jesup & Lamont Securities Corporation in their new lease of 3,600 square feet. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company renewed their lease with M. Alfieri Co., Inc and America Pioneer Shipping directly leased 2,000 SF at 379 Thornall Street.

Metropark Corporate Campus is situated in the heart of New Jersey’s commercial corridor. 399 and 379 Thornall Street feature a distinctive appearance generated from an exterior composed of solar bronze glass with bronze anodized aluminum and precast concrete panels.
